Katherine + Harrison | The Bower | Edmond, Oklahoma | Wedding Photographer

Katherine and Harrison have that timeless, classic love and their wedding was a celebration of  exactly that.

The Bower in Edmond, Oklahoma is a beautiful European Inspired Wedding Venue in Oklahoma. Pair that with a thoughtful, kind couple, and it made for a day that was genuinely easy to photograph.

Getting Ready in the Bower House

Katherine got ready in the venue's bridal suite with a handful of bridesmaids and her mother.  The morning felt so sweet.

One sweet memory was  Katherine's bridesmaids helping her get ready. Those are the memories I love to capture.

The Ceremony in the Bower Gardens

The ceremony took place outside next to the Bower Gardens. It was moments before a storm blew in. There were threats of tornados, hail, and rain but that did not stop them.

While the ceremony is was fast, it was still so incredibly special. Seeing everyone work together to make it happen quickly, showed the care they have for Katherine and Harrison.

Couples Portraits Throughout the Grounds

Once the rain cleared up, we snuck away for portraits all throughout the property. The light was incredible as the sun came out.

Katherine and Harrison were so sweet with one another. That kind of ease and comfort shows up in the photos.

Cocktail Hour at The Bower

While Katherine and Harrison snuck away for family portraits, their guests gathered for cocktail hour in the gardens and pool house. With the weather clearing up, guests spilled out onto the lawn and nobody seemed in any hurry to go inside.

Cocktail hour is one of those parts of the day I never skip documenting. The candid moments that happen when everyone finally exhales and starts celebrating are some of the best of the whole day.

The Wedding Party

Katherine had  several of her closest girls by her side, and Harrison was surrounded by  his groomsmen. This group was so genuine and intentional. They were close knit and connected.

Getting the wedding party together is always one of my favorite parts of the day. Seeing their personalities as they all interact with one another and celebrate one of their favorite couples is always just so incredible.

The Reception at The Bower Hall

The reception was held in The Bower Hall. The space was stunning, overflowing with beautiful florals and natural light.

The energy was high for Katherine and Harrison. Their people were there to celebrate them and made their love known.

Late Night Reception Moments

From day to night, the reception flipped. The energy stayed high and everyone let loose. They celebrated on the dance floor and took some flashy paparazzi photos to represent their day in its entirety. That is one reason I love offering full day coverage, because each part of your day is so important and full of moments you never want to forget.
